Shipping Policy

General
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur via Blue Dart. For pin codes not covered by Blue Dart, the delivery will be made via Speed-post. Please allow us the following number of days from receipt of your order:

For Domestic
Via Courier: 3-5 business days
Via Speed-post: 12-15 business days

For International

The customer will be informed via email once the order is shipped.

Goods need to be signed while receiving upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative like a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Finura takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Finura is not responsible for any damage/shortage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

If you believe that the products are not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take the delivery of the package, and call our customer care or mail us on info@finurabyricha.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts that a replacement delivery is made for you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

For Domestic
Shipping to all domestic locations is free of cost.

For International
Shipping and country charges will have to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges will be given at the time of check out. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, weight, type and other considerations. Country charges will be payable to the courier company directly at the time of delivery.

Shipping & Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alerts, emails and SMS will contain a message about courier company, website details.

Warning

A penalty may be charged if the shipping address is incorrect wherein the address and zip/postal/pin code do not match. The customer will, without exception bear the cost of any such charges and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address and postal codes are correct.

Please Note: In an event of re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
