1. How do I make an online purchase?

2. How will I know if you have confirmed my order?

During the payment process, you will be given a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number on your an email from our end.

3. How do I check my order status?

You can view your order status once you have placed your order. Just go to Track Your Order page after logging in to your Finura account on www.finurabyricha.com.

4. Is it safe to use my credit card for online payment at www.finurabyricha.com?

Our website is linked to the EBS Payment Gateway (URL) which is safe & secure. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

5. Do I need to sign up with an account to buy something from Finura website?

It’s not a mandate. However, we suggest you sign up with us so that we can keep you updated on the latest collections from Finura.

About Shipping

1. Will I be charged extra for any state taxes in case of domestic shipping?

All taxes for domestic customers (India) will be borne by us and you need not pay anything extra at the time of delivery.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders shipped by Blue Dart, you will receive the order within 3 – 5 business days from the time of placing the order. For pin codes not served by Blue Dart, the delivery may take 12 – 15 business days. For international deliveries we will inform you via email as to the time of delivery will depend on your geographic location.

3. Which all countries do you ship to?

We ship orders to all the countries across the globe. However, the charges for any type of country charges and freight will have to be borne by the customer.

4. Do you offer services to expedite the shipping?

Not at the moment but in case you need to expedite the shipping, please contact our customer care and we will address your request suitably.

5. How is my order shipped?

For all domestic orders, if your area is covered by Blue Dart, we send the shipment by Blue Dart. If the area pin code is not covered by Blue Dart, then we use National Postal Service (Speed Post) to have your order shipped to you.

6. Do you ship back orders domestically?

Kindly contact customer service in case you would like your order to be shipped back.

7. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Currently, each order is shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to mention different shipping address.

8. Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?

We do not ship to Post Office boxes.

9. What are the charges for shipping?

Domestically, no shipping charges will apply to our customers. However, for international orders, it will depend on your location, weight and size of the shipment. We will let you know at the time of placing the order as to what shipping charges will be associated with the parcel.

10. Will I be charged for country charges in case of international shipping?

Yes, the country charges will be payable by the customer to the courier company, directly.

11. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Please contact Customer care for the same in case the item has not been dispatched. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.

1. In case the delivery destination is outside India, will I be charged sales tax?

No, you don’t need to pay the additional taxes.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

For domestic orders, we accept payments by credit card, debit card, net banking, cash cards, and cash on delivery (for orders below 5000 INR). For domestic orders above 5000 INR, you’ll have to place multiple orders. For International orders, we only accept credit cards.

3. When will my credit card be charged?

You will receive an email as soon as the payment through your credit card is processed.

4. What currency will my order be billed in?

All orders will be billed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Yes, you can buy Jewelry for gifting purpose.

2. Where can all one redeem the gift certificates?

The gift certificates purchased from the website are only redeemable at www.finurabyricha.com.

3. How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

To redeem a gift certificate, kindly submit the gift certificate number at the time of checking out, and follow the instructions thereafter.

4. Can I have the product gift-wrapped?

No, we don’t provide such facility. Though we already have fancy boxes for our Jewelry items.
